I personally am also scared of the possible fainting episodes. In the past i accustomed myself to getting up slowly and not rushing my physical actions. Like not speed walking. Like taking things slow. Walking up and down the stairs really slow. But i tell you one thing I HAD CLARITY.AND THAT IS THE BEST FEELING OF ALL. CLARITY MAKES YOU FOCUS MORE, CONCENTRATE BETTER, UNDERSTAND YOURSELF BETTER, and LOVE YOURSELF MORE.
