Hi Procrastinator :)

That kind of up and down feelings could be throughout ur fast. And they should be considered as a good sign that ur fasting really works. I remember when I first went for 4 days of a water fast. I felt just normal and didn't have 'low' periods at all. Then I just realized that it is quite boring and nothing 'works' and I just stopped. Another day I went for couple of days of a Water Fast again. I was on train on the way back home (3 nights). I decided to fast. After 36 hh or so I felt very horrible/ weak and was about to faint (my neighbors admitted I was very pale). I lied down and relaxed for about 10 min. Then like from nowhere I felt huge amount of energy. I even breathed in deeply.. It felt like kind of 'refreshment' (don't know how to explain in details - it was just wonderful feeling).. I would love to experience it again :))

So answering ur question - yes, that weakness will pass. All u need is lie down and relax for 10-15 min and that's it... Obviously, u could feel kind of weakness for longer times (but usually u are able to do ur normal day to day duties just may be at lower pace. Crises, as I have mentioned above, lasts about 10-15 min and then u will feel better :)
