Are pea-like objects soft stones or olive oil?

I thought I was passing stones on my 1st and 2nd flush. My boyfriend had the same pea-like objects in the toilet bowl...I looked up gallstone on Wikipedia, and they said that supposed stones were analyzed and found to be the excreted olive oil from the cleansing. Any input on this? Our pea like things were soft and smooshy and the color of dark peas. Thanks!!! I hope all our work wasn't in vain!
