I have blessed each thing that I have chosen to eat today, asking that it be for my highest good and the nutritional support of my body.

I heard exactly what Monica was saying and agree with it 100%. I know that I have to be more careful about the words I chose to use.

I also know and acknowledge that I have 100% choice in my life. I am not a victim of anything, everything is in my life because I chose it.

It's a work in progress.
