i was 27 when i got mine out i am 30 now, i dont know what to do about the joint pain, all i know is you think your walking fine and then you go down. its like knowing your leg is there but the knee or ankle goes wrong or doesnt lock right when going down stairs.

its a pain to get out of my car with my bad left leg, i am shopping around for a truck or jeep.

glucosamine? does anyone take it?
