My experiences with the full body oil rub.......

Sorry to hear of your problems, Hopinso. I really do not know the answer to your questions but I will relate my experiences. Deepak Chopra to let it stay on for 10-15 minutes (at least I remember it that way). Due to time restraints I usually did it once a week, early Sunday mornings. I have my own room built here in my basement and have the computer and tv here. I can lock myself in and stay nude if I so choose. I would rub oil all over and get busy on the computer (pretty much Cure Zone). I would forget about the oil on me and after about 20 minutes I would also start feeling light-headedd and eyes become blurry. I first thought the oil was simply melting and running down in my eyes but wiping them with a washcloth did not help.Only the shower to get the excess off helped. I did gradually get to leaving it on for no more than 10 minutes.

I have been bothered with dry skin for years. I could rub my forearms and the dry skin would look like danruff floating off. I loved the oil for this alone. Also bothered year round with cracked lips, particularily the corners of my mouth. After the first rub I never had another problem with the cracking, even after ridding a cold sore. My skin became baby-skin soft. Sometimes I would rub with peanut oil because Edgar Cayce said that if a person would take a peanut oil massage once a week that they would never get arthritis. I am bothered with mild Arthritis and the oil seemed to help. Sometimes I would use olive oil. I found that I had pretty much the same experiences if left on too long, no matter which oil I used.I have not done a body rub for a good while now because the oil swishing is keeping my skin soft and moist without the rub.

I suspect that detoxing is the reason for the weakness. Now that I have some fresh veggie coming in, I am over doing it with tomatoes, etc. I notice some aching that I am not used to. Hmmm, I need to post this over on Ask Cure Zone.

Another use for oil: a friend called me last year and said that she was recovering from major surgery and the incision was itching unmercifully. She said the anti-itch creams from the drug store were not giving much relief. I suggested she rub some olive oil on the skin all around and on the incision to rid dryness. Stopped the itch instantly. The only reason I suggested olive oil is because I figured she was likely to have some in the house. She did eventually start the full body rub.

Hope there is something good here for you and others to use. Hang in there.

Enjoy life!!!!

Corey
