I work and go to the gym pretty regularly while on the MC. And, when i'm at the gym I play a few games of basketball so i'm not really taking it easy at all. This is my 3rd Master-Cleanse and I've found that just the extra Maple syrup does the trick... I put at least an extra TBLS in and will drink some while i'm playing. Also I'd read pepe Master-Cleanse and weight loss FAQ just below... 'cause adding anything is going to take this away from beign a fast and not let your digestion stop... From what i've gone through..I'd start on a Thursday if working and fasting is hard b/c the first 4 days will be the hardest. That way monday morning you should be in a bit of a stride and it won't be difficult... just a thought.. Stay focused
