It's been a long time sinced I posted.
I decided to start The Master Cleanse today. The last time I did was almost exactly a year ago...16 days. It was a really great cleanse. I am kinda skeptical about starting but I have been wanting this for a while...reading some of the posts really helps.
One thing that scares me is that I am working. I've never been working and on this cleanse...I know some people who have done this cleanse and have modified it to help them while they are at work. Does anyone here have any suggestions? Someone suggested taking Cell Food, another suggested taking some liquid protein. the protein might be pushing things a bit but the Cell Food sounds interesting.
