Jfh, this is for you...

I am Virgo, on cusp of Leo/Virgo.

Yet, it does become easier, if you allow yourself to go with the flow. I think maybe one reason that this is easier (not always easy) for me is because it resonates with me.

Also, when you see results...oh baby!...you desire to continue forward. It is harder when you allow others to be in the equation, yet I have been told "You (me :D) are selfish". Although I do remind them I have a heart!...LOL

Now, my son is almost 20 and I can be selfish. I am not married. I do not have 'outside' obligations, per'se. No relationship, family I connect with although if I am not 'feeling' it, I stay away.

If you are able to center on yourself, JFH, and release 'what no longer serves you'. It works very effectively. If you are not, there are ways to do the same thing, yet it is a different route to see the same path. Meaning, you can use other systems to help 'resolve' your thoughts while working with the LOA.

If this sounds great to you, ask questions in the forum. There are many who can refer you to readings and links. There are many who can answer you, as well. Ynaig and Invincible have great insights with using LOA. Monica and Infinite do as well...sometimes they just don't 'remember' ;D but they are just as great! OH and me too :D!
