I thought this and yet, I was just wondering IF it would be accurate.

Bono definitely 'walks his talk', from what I understand.

Downstream is when you are feeling good. When you are in alignment with feeling good and what you desire. When you go 'upstream' you are resisting what you desire; your focusing is on things that make your life more difficult. When downstream, your life is in flow.
