pinched nerve..I think

Hi doc!!! I'm 23 weeks pregnant and for about 2 weeks have this annoying pain down my left butt cheek and sometimes it goes into my lower back. I think it's a pinched nerve so I supposed to see a chiro about it but I'm a little nervous she could make me worse. I chose her becuase she is also pregnant :) Should I see if goes away on my own?
