To stay mechanically correct during the pregnancy insures a smooth normal delivery. After all the pelvis is where it's all happening.
So, to keep the pelvis (two hips and sacrum), the lower back, and the upper cervical spine correct during the pregnancy goes a long long way to insure an easy delivery.
The pelvis of course is where the baby is and needs plenty of room to grow and then be delivered out of.
The lumbar spine is where all the attachements are that support the uterus and the musculature that is necesasary for delivery.
The cervical spine is the neurological connection to ensure growth and development of the baby.
Ohhhhh it's easy dear, it IS natural you know. Been going on since the begining of time.
Do the Natural Child Birth thing. Delivery in a birthing chair NOT on a table. Soft lights, no loud noises. Give the kid plenty of love upon arrival.
Don't let them do the "routine" x-rays on the kid, and NO VACCINATIONS.
