Can oil swishing help the mouth ulcers ive had for months?

I can't seem to shake mouth ulcers. I had them back in March and then they came back in late May. Ever since they came back I have been having trouble getting rid of them. 2 MONTHS! I can't believe it. Usually they leave in 2-3 weeks but not in my case. They can disappear for 3 or 4 days and then come back yet again. I get them on my cheeks mainly. I get like clusters of little yellow or white ones.I also get them below my lip and on my right cheek. Right now I also have 2 on my left cheek right below my top teeth.

It makes me very depressed. I got enough health bs going on and having ulcers and sores in your mouth for 2 months doesnt help. I have tried rinsing with warm salt water multiple times and rinsing with listerine and mouth wash.

Any natural help would be appreciated. I want my healthy body back so bad.. Tweet
