The garlic is best if eaten raw. And from my experience, 3 or more
cloves a day. I've eaten as many as 12 to 15 during my concerns with
prostate cancer. If you can't stand raw garlic, I've been told that Kyolic
is just as good. It's an aged, cold processed garlic that comes with a
great deal of scientific research out of Japan, but it's awfully expensive.
Garlic also rids the body of mercury, another thing they claim that MMS does.
There are just so many things that other protocols do that MMS claims to do,
I don't understand all the hoopla for all the side effects. There are many
cheaply priced oxygen therapies that I'm sure are just as good as MMS. I
did daily hydrogen peroxide for several months, but didn't really see any
benefits from it either.
