Hi, I am ready to learn about the liver flush. Which one do you recommend? I need an easy one hopefully. A gal from here wrote out one that is from Hulda Clark & I know you like her. I now how to find out where to get ozonated olive oil. It also involves a half a grapefruit & I am guessing that is okay even though I have candida & am avoiding most fruits, except for few berries.

I am still not 'regular'. I am gonna get the Schulzes. Sorry if spelled wrong. I have major brainfog.

I am also trying the castor oil packs 4 nights on, 3 nights off.

I stopped the antifungals but am gonna add them today. I read that if I am not regular, they could make me feel worse. But I think I should take them.

I can't believe I am nervous about the liver flush. I have done so many enemas & colonics over the years. Hope I can get regular enough to try it. I think my liver is way overstressed. I have all the symptoms. I just talked to my ex-sis in law who also has candida. She mentioned her liver too to me. It's all related. Tweet
