Yesterday I did start the Primal Defense probiotics instead of the ones I was taking.

I am getting colonic in about an hour. I noticed she does some 'candida detox' so mabey she adds some herbs to it, I don't know.

I never knew I had to worry about the liver before just recently. I'm still trying to locate it on myself.

When you say two weeks into the parasite cleanse I should take the first liver flush, you mean two weeks after starting DeWormer right? Not after I take it for a whole year? I cannot take psyllium & clay is not good for me either, I'm too bound up.

I am kinda nervous about the liver flush so will have questions on what to take as there are so many it seems.

Am really trying the diet but things I eat still have small amts of sugar in them like for example wheat & gluten free snacks or rice cake thingies. And rice is starchy I think. Even some of my fiber supps have sugar, omg. I cannot cut it all out, can I still improve? I'm down to 102 pds but I have always been small. But when I go to gym, I don't have alot of energy & I am starving all the time pretty much.
