I can't eat more then 300 kcals a day. Is this to dangerous for me? I', trying my best to raise the amount of calories but I'm to afraid that I'll go throw up after and that really terrifies me. I would also take to many laxatives if I would eat more. So my question is what is more dangerous? the 300 kcals or after applying these ways of eliminating food. I would like to specify that I'm going to a good psycologist and psychiatrist. Sorry for the spelling I'm not mother language
