My suggestion is to look for ways to stay thin that are healthy. Eating a raw foods is supposed to be a good way to be a good healthy weight without extra weight, and a good way to be beautiful because of the amount of nutrients. You can eat a light raw food diet and still eat many more calories while looking good. Upping cals can be done by using high calorie healthy foods like avocado and coconut oil.
What you fight mentally comes back to you even harder. I would also suggest spending some time developing a healthy eating ideal and imagining being able to do that. Reading some stuff about raw food or on the coconut oil forum is a good way to start. Good luck! I hope this is helpful a little.
