We come from the sea, as the world was once covered in water, seen waterworld, we can return to the sea if we understand how to breath under water, find the way to activate the 4th breathing system and you are free.

Shapeshifting is real as well, is all matters on your patience and understanding how and where to direct your thoughts as the entire system is created with circuits which perform certain tasks, name your animal, place it in the circuit and transform.

If you body/mental/spirits have the energy for supernatural abilities then you can perform, it will not be able to unless you have done intense clensing and understanding of the enrgetic system.
