While in an hour long meditation I began to not breath at all, and that took me to another experience where breath was not necessary
Now I have a corilary experience since I swim and I do seim underwater for fun, which requires breath holding- except that that feeling is more forced than the experience I had meditating. When I was meditating the lack of breathe put me in the ocean (prana) of life without breath
I could not sustain it, but I did not feel the need to breath at all during that period, as I do when I finally come up from underwater
They have a like feeling but not exactly a like
