Some of us have a bent towards a vegan or vegetarian diet, some a "caveman" diet, some a protein based diet, etc... These should all be able to be recommended here in this forum.
What we really want to be careful of is getting into a debate about diet ... this would distract us from what we are trying to do here. There needs to be room for different diet perspectives.
Rather than contradicting someone else's post on diet, or trying to "prove" that our particular diet philosophy is the right one by using rhetoric or a lots of references or long posts, let's just respond to the original person asking for help or input, rather than to someone else's recommendations.
