Re: Surley & San

As long as you are feeling great, have no constipation, bloating, are not overweight, no high BP, no diabetes etc. I think you should not worry abt choleterol. I am still not sure abt this cholestrol myth if its true or not.

My cholestrol is all in perfect range, but I get bouts of constipation, bloating. So my problem is I do not have the best digetive system even though my blood work says nothing is wrong. After trying a lot of supplements, I think what works for me is lots of yoga and deep stretching/breathing.

My husband on the other hand is slim, plays soccer, has very good digestion. Does not need to take any allopathic meds. But has high cholestrol. The doc is not pushing any drugs on him yet ( as he is only 32). But he says he is worried abt his cholesterol. But as long as he is not taking those bad drugs, I think he is fine. He also inherited his cholesterol.
