How have ya been?I'm not worrying too much about the stupid numbers now.I'm concentrating on keeping healthy by eating right,exercising and taking Iodine and supplements to keep my arteries clean.I'll probably check my chols in the spring and see what the numbers are...just out of curiousity!

Healthwise,I feel great.How are you doing and have you resolved any of your issues?
