I just realized my friend is going to be out for a visit in a week and a half. I was thinking I would do this one for 3-5 days.
In other news, for some odd reason I've really felt fine with things today and not anxious to start food tomorrow. I feel good. But. I wanted to eat lying downstairs on the couch even tho I'm not truly hungry. It's not cravings, after all, I overeat on raw food. It's totally psychological. I wish I could kick it, whatever it is. Well, it's a work in progress and although I still overeat, I have gone from eating bad foods to eating healthy foods so those are big positive changes. Anyway...
