I discovered this forum two days ago by accident. A friend of mine told me some things about juice fasting and he wanted us to be fasting partners. I was a little reticent because he got the recipe from someone I can't trust. So I was thinking that a Water Fast would be better since you know that it can't cause you any harm; it only makes you feel better.
I used to do short (2 days) water fastings when I was doing yoga. But I stopped doing yoga a couple of months ago because school keeps me busy. And since I stopped I started feeling worse; sometimes I feel sluggish and it's aweful.
I am 18 and I would like to do a 14 day water fasting, starting Monday. What do you think?
