I had the same thing happen to me about 5 years ago. My stool was black on the outside and dark green in the inside. I think it was from taking blood cleansing herbs, bentinite clay, psylium hulls and chloryphil. Maybe part of it was from bile.
It only happened one time. Hope this helps.
