Re: Diet and fasting - Rheumatoid Arthritis

> i am a female, chinese and hv been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis recently and maybe also with lupus (not confirmed yet)and i'm scared becos lupus is a chronic system ailment.

do hv joints inflammation for about 10 years now...they are over the two knees, elbows and only on the right wrist... inflammation and pains occur only periodically over once or twice a year over a 7-8 months gap and each occurrence only two areas get affected.

do i understand that your fasting of 29 days...meant that u take no food at all for the whole of the duration of 29 days but maybe only water.

before the diagnosis, i have always been feeling fatigue and dizzy. I made some changes in my diet and i'm now much better but not aware if i am progressively healing.... even though i'm feeling much better.

what i have done is i begin bowel (colon) cleanse for ten days and am still on parasite cleanse using capsules (and it will be for abt two months till 31/05/2002). i'm also on vitamins supplements eg combination of antioxidants, salmon c-omega fish oils, a vitamin which is mainly for bones (sory forget the name) and daily i'm also on chinese brewing herbs which is specially concorted to my ailment.

do u have any comments and/or advice for me ?
