Ill be better by this weekend. Im not going to do the flush tonight, nope, still a little too weak. BUt Im due for another flush, and my liver has been feeling kinda congested again. And dont worry, when I say fast I just mean eat nothing but apples and apple juice for the day before the flush. Ive never been able to actually fast on nothing but water, I get too sick.
