So, last night, while letting myself 'slump' (suddenly relax) into sleep, I remembered that my subconscious always knows ALL my aims, and that I only needed to 'smile' my excess thinking energy down to the area of my navel...rather than 'plot' that I would 'pre-pave' in the morning, when, how, and what.
Awakening early, I zipped back to bed, and allowed some thinking about the day ahead. I don't know if one could necessarily call it 'meditation', nor was it 'concentration'. I just 'drifted' a little...then jumped up to begin.
Now that I've heard about pre-paving, I'll be adding it to my routine.
I particularly like that you note your progression up the vibrational ladder...and that things automatically mend and smooth themselves when you are happier.
I've printed out your post, with an extra copy of the section on progressive steps...which I will put in a prominent place.
'How' is so important, and always surprisingly simple.
