i really want to eat healthy but nothing makes me more sick than vegetables as stupid as that sounds. it makes me bloat and gassy. i ate just plain rice with some sesame oil and some other soft fiber free stuff and i didn't bloat, but of course constipated. even if i eat a bunch of veggies i'm still constipated, but i'd go a little each day...thin chain like stools. and the incmplete evacuation would hit me and i'd be nauseous, bloated, gassy, crampy, dizzy and sometimes in pain. i try to enjoy life the best i can, but it gets frustrating.
