I did A Liver Flush the night before the first colonic. It was very productive.

I don't believe I ever did a salt water flush with this particular protocol.

I did castor oil the night before each colonic, VERY effective! A salt water flush would have been absolutely beside the point with castor oil every night and a colonic each morning.

I was drinking green juices all day, every day. I don't think electrolytes were ever a problem.

It took me a good two weeks to break this cleanse. A regular ten day fast would be breakable in 3-5 days, but this was more like the much longer fasts I have done in the past, requiring much more careful breaking. I generally take a good probiotic every day during a break, sometimes well beyond.

This was a very specialized cleanse which required supervision and direction from my excellent colonic therapist, who had done the protocol in a clinic setting. Unlike a regular Master-Cleanse or juice fast, I was definitely unable to continue my normal routine -- it was more like a Water Fast which requires a lot of quiet time and rest.
