I suffer with Agoraphobia too, my level of overall anxiety if I go out very close to home has gone down, but I have not been able to go more than 2oo yards without feeling the horrible panics..

There seem to be a few commercial panic packages that can be bought, I got one that has a high RA ting , but to be honest, I did not rate it for myself, the author wrote a book and it like his life story, about getting hook on valium etc, well this probably helps some people..but it was not for me...

I have tried EFT, for 9 months and it did help to lessen the level of anxiety, but not to help me really get out and about..I have lost my desire to go out, which is quite difficult.

Its probably one of the worst conditions that seem to control you..I do think there m ust be a way to crack it!

I am currently receiving distance healing, and if it really works in the long run am going to report back here.
