I feel your pain. I have OCD and chronically pick my skin. Even the tiniest bump that nobody can see. I will feel a tiny bump, go to the mirror to check it out, and end up picking my face for two hours until it is raw and bleeding all over the place. I just took a leave of absence from med school to work on my OCD/anxiety issues as well as Candida. I suggest that you only have one mirror in your house...the bathroom mirror. Go to Home Depot. They sell temporary blinds that people can buy when they move into a new house and don't have blinds yet. They come with clips so you can clip them up when you need to look in the mirror to put makeup one. This helps by preventing yourself from looking in the mirror and picking. If you mostly picky without mirrors, this may not be every helpful. I get some kind of release and satisfaction from seeing the "yucky stuff" come out...so I always pick in the mirror. Good luck!
