DON'T OBSESS! it will defiantly make it worse. and if not worse, consistent. i remember when i always obsessed over my skin i always had "nightmares" of just looking back at myself in mirrors. ugg. anyways. treat your skin GENTLY, LOVINGLY, & NATURALLY. if you have a whole foods by you, i suggest picking up some products by "Suki". very gentle, simple products i recommend. i have the moisturizing cleanser, and a tea tree toner. treat and look at your skin just like everybody else's, and that it WILL heal. if you look at yourself as doomed forever how do you expect to get better? it has been proven that rashes, dis-ease, and sicknesses can all be created subconsciously. once you stop obsessing over it, covering it up, and thinking about it, i promise you it will get better right away :).
