Boy was I a skeptic
Many times while on the curezone, I saw the oil pulling forum and completely ignored it thinking it must be some bizarre method of healing that bordered on kookiness.
Well... it is bizarre, and it does indeed feel kooky, but I just did it and loved it!!
For whatever reason, I started reading the forum this morning and became utterly convinced within just a few minutes that there must be something to it -- enthusiastic testimonials carry a lot of weight. I ran to the health food store to purchase some oil, then had to wait a few hours for my stomach to empty. I finished my first oil pull a few minutes ago and am absolutely amazed at how clean my teeth feel. Like polished gems!
I can't wait to see what else will happen!
Incidentally, two weeks ago, I stopped thinking that the
Water Cure forum was nonsense as well. After suffering from serious dehydration from drinking far more coffee than any human being should for far too long, I then did the Ultimate Cleanse in a completely dehydrated state, to the point where my skin was noticably different and stood up on the back of my hand, (still is to a degree). Desperation took me to the
Water Cure , I read the book, and now I sing Dr. Batman's praises. My skin is slowly but surely starting to look healthy again.
Oh! And I just started taking
Oxypowder last night and
Clarkia this morning.
It's all very exciting.
When I started telling a couple of my friends about the
Water Cure , they kept silent indicating that I'm just a weird health nut. Who on earth would understand if I told them I swish oil in my mouth for several minutes and then spit it in the toilet?! I love curezone!!
