Skipping and skimping was my bigest downfall...it really takes it out
of you not drinking up.
You may want to make your lemonades on the spot instead of batch. So much
better for you and may add the vitality you need. Don't make your batch the night before. Also, hopefully your using prime ingredients, including noniradiated cayenne, spring water.
