The main thing that I see as a flag is that you are drinking 6 McCocktails per
day=600 calories...you are probably working 8 hours per day, plus if you are bouncing around that is burning up energy. I would suggest shooting for more
lemonades. If you are slender, then the your body doesn't have the excess fat/
energy to spare. If you are trying to loose a couple
pounds then stepping up the
lemonade will probably help. The lemonade,in the case of loosing weight, actually melts fat-lemons release and literally carry toxins,too.
The other question I have is how productive are your SWFs???
Do you think you are expelling 32
oz during your A.M. purge?
If so , great. If not, maybe try the heating closer to 98.6.
This temp works great for me. The body has to bring what ever
we ingest to 98.6 in order to process it. The
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is geared
toward the specific gravity of your blood. Temp effects and
fine tunes the specific gravity of the SWF. It takes some
experimentation to discover the correct combo. Also, be sure
the salt is completely disolved. Use Redmond's or Celtic salt.
Ace the molasses, unless you feel weak , then do a tablespoon
solo if you really need it. I don't think it's a good idea to
add to your lemonade. My body doesn't handle molasses well at all.
Finally , you may be doing everything just right and your body is
in the
Master-Cleanse zone, releasing toxins, cleaning your colon, etc. Thus,
you may not be eliminating enough during the day. Extra water and
upping the cayenne is my advice.This will make you pee more and if
you can handle more cayenne, it will stimulate the bowels and you
will realize more eliminations, getting rid of those nasty toxins.
Rest when you can.
Just my take...hope there is something in there that will help and
that others will expand...
