gross question

hi. i'm still oil pulling. it's been about 1.5 months. my bloat is much better but this could be due to the emotional work i started recently. who knows but it's great. i DID get sick for a few days before the bloat went down so maybe it was the o.p.

anyway here's my gross question. i usually spit out the oil into the toilet. lately i've noticed black specks in the toilet water near the edges of the water in the bowl. there's no blackness when i spit out the oil but these black things show up a day or so later, even with flushing. and no i don't clean my toilet much (nor any other part of the house for that matter unfortunately) but i do flush and the black specks keep sticking on the sides of the bowl!
