Parasite cleanse while constipated anyways

Hi, I have candida pretty bad. I also think I have parasites from what I have seen.

Question, is it okay to start a parasite cleanse (pills) while I am trying to fight the candida?

The problem is I am very constipated which is normal for me (but I hate it!).

I have read that you should have your colon working properly to do parasite cleanses.

I am so desperate to feel better.

I don't know that I will ever be regular enough to start a program.

Any advice is appreciated. I was going to see another natural doctor on Friday but I just can't keep spending all this money.
