Hi Anato, It is possible that your hearing will improve and the ringing ears will stop. My hearing is improving and sinus is clearing. I can feel the coolness in my sinus above my eyes and pressure changes in my ears. My nose has never run but now it is running all the time so think the sinus clearing is good. Vision is still changing some days it is better some days not so much. Best wishes for recovery. MW
