Trying to identify

I've been battling parasites for a year. Herbal cleanses, colonics, zapping, special diet, etc. I've had die-off symptoms from the first move I made. I finally had three 2 1/2" to 3" long parasites (or pieces) exit vaginally yesterday. I still have movement in my lower left abdomen. Can you tell me what would be red, with a buldge at one end (maybe the head, but I can't see any teeth)flat in the middle and tendrils at the other end? I had maggot-looking ones come out during my colonics. I didn't expect another variety, or a different exit point. These are completely different than anything I've seen before. I'd welcome any advice-I want to be done with this!
