LBB was never meant to be used your whole life. cascara sagrada stimulates the peristaltic action of the intestines so that one can have normal bowel movements over a period of time, if this is actually a problem. he always proclaimed the diet as nr. 1

its not a 'bowel cleanse'. it just contributes to a better bowel movement in the long run, if one experiences bowel problems. and it DOES work

2nd, the liver flush Dr. Sutter recommends is far different than the one most commonly advised on the liver flush forum. it actually works. im no fan of the 'common' liver flush either. i like the coke flush though. for that too, it is not a necessity to keep doing it your whole life. but i will bet anyone has something of an alien-entity to dump from the liver, even you.

in other words, if you feel fine, you feel fine. dont forget though, people are not all alike. you have gotten great benefit from chiropractic (and so have I, but mainly from classical homeopathy) but that doesnt mean everyone benefits from it

PS: i GUARANTEE you will see stuff coming out after a 30 day decent dewormer like MH's or humaworms followed by a coke flush doc sutter recommends
