After noticing all the bigger, healthier guys I know take 10+ grams glutamine a day, I decided to try.
Since last week, I've noticed a raise in testosterone(more ability to get angry, more energy, more intensity when playing sports)/sexual performance(is harder more often).
Helps the whole body. It's available in all meats, but I'm not going to eat 5 steaks a day and die when I can take a few teaspoons of glutamine ^__^
I hope it heals my gut up. To do that, you have to take more than 10 grams a day, not just a few grams.
