On the diet web site it says that Ezekiel bread is beneficial for B's. However, this bread contains sprouted wheat which is on the avoid list. Also, it says to check the ingredients of other sprouted breads to make sure there is no sprouted wheat in it. I am confused. Ezekiel bread clearly has sprouted wheat in it.
Can someone explain this discrepancy to me?
Also, is it true we can eat white flour and sugar? YIKES
