I don't know. The electrical sound or 'hum' I can feel is very, very pleasant, and feels good, very good.

And -at least for me- it doesn't sound like high freq. sounds...
...it is more like a strange and powerful vibration.

It is like... feeling the 'vibration of a bright Light'.
Hm... Yes, I like that description...

Feeling the Light particles moving (vibrating)... in a very positive way.

(Not talking about physical lights of course). It is so hard to use words for this kind of things! :)

It is a Light that can be felt only with your soul, I think.

And this universal Light vibrates everywhere, and I can feel its vibration when the mind is balanced and my soul is willingly listening...
