Can parasites cause shortness of breath?

Hello. Can parasites cause really severe shortness of breath or air hunger that makes you very weak and dizzy?

I started my therapist's parasite protocol (she uses two chemical drugs which she says are quite safe when used only for a short while though in big dosages (fenbendazol & niclosamide)) and stopped after having some stomach pains after 4 days. Then soon after that the shortness of breath suddenly started and my therapist said that according to her experience this is a Tapeworm that wasnt killed but only annoyed by the treatment that is causing this.

Any similar experiences?
