I can't remember how long it took to get my order. This is a good time of the year to buy it though. I needs to be refrigerated after opening; so it's probably good to ship them while it is cool.

I haven't put probiotics as a priority. I still have my appendix. Its job is to help maintain them. I take a supplement about 3 times a week. If you are going to a health food store, just about any brand will be good. I've heard that the best are the ones that are refrigerated. Any that need to be refrigerated in my house will be easily forgotten. I have ordered them very inexpensive from Swanson's.
