As a B+ Non secretor I can think of only a couple suggestions. 1> Spend the money for the secretor test. The secretor version of B makes me pretty ill, pretty fast. Switching to non made quite a bit of difference.
2> Based on personal experince: If a suggested even beneficial food seems to make you ill... don't just pass that off. Non secretors are way more sensetive to food intolerance and some things marked OK are not depending on your genetics.
It is clearly best to consider the BTD lists as a guide and not gospel.
