I wouldn't say I need to loose weight, but i'd like to. I normally lose a pound a day on every other juice fast I've ever done. For some reason this one has been different. I'm doing a 70 dayer and I have only lost 37lbs so far. I'd love to just start my NEW lifestyle with a weight that is healthy. On my last fast I lost a pound a day for 30 days. I must admit I am NOT hungry at all so it IS very difficult to drink juice at this point. I can go almost the entire day with out drinking anything. I would assume that this doesn't help either. I am not forcing myself not to drink I just have NO appetite. My water intake has been horrible as well. I can barley get myself to drink juice , so water has been a HUGE challenge. I have 2 weeks left and I need a few pointers. What do you suggest?
