Re: Can I salt water flush before my colonic?

Hi, given that your bowels haven't moved naturally in several weeks I would strongly encourage you to try cleansing enemas using an enema bag. Not only will they provide immediate results and relief, the return from the enemas will help you to asses how blocked up your descending (lower) colon is.

A clean lower bowel will also increase the effectiveness of your colonic by allowing the therapist to start out concentrating higher up where waste matter tends to accumulate at the sigmoid flexure, transverse colon, hepatic flexure and ascending colon.

Often with a client who arrives constipated, let alone with an impacted colon, I can spend most, if not, the entire first session just emptying the the last one third of the large intestine.

Personally I'm not a fan of the swf, but if that's what works for you, then enemas should help clear the way for them as well.

Best wishes for your health naturally and your upcoming colonic session.

Valerie
